Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, Baxter & Co Home now offers gift cards so you can surprise that someone special and let them choose from our range or rustic, farmhouse, primitive and French provincial giftware & homeware.

What are the payment options?

We offer flexibility for our customers by accepting EFT, Card Payments, After Pay and PayPal. 

When will my order be shipped?

We ship daily so if you place an order by noon, chances are it will be on its way to you the same afternoon.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship using Australia Post so you can check the shipping times on their website. Keep in mind that there will be delays throughout busier periods such as Christmas and over public holidays.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Whilst we do try to package your order to avoid breakages, from time to time some items can get damaged in transit. If this happens simply email photos of the damaged item/s and your order number to baxterandcohome@outlook.com and we'll arrange for a replacement item/s to be sent ASAP. 

Do we sell wholesale?

Yes. We are always on the lookout for new retailers to stock the Baxter & Co Home collection and our current wholesale catalogue available to approved retailers at www.fieldfolio.com. Once you have registered at Fieldfolio, simply send us a request for pricing access and should we feel that your store is a suitable fit, we will give you access ASAP. Please note that our products must not be sold on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Gumtree or markets.
