Returns & Exchanges

What if my item is faulty?
We will gladly offer a refund or exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty. 

What if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and are unable to offer a refund for change of mind. We will however, offer an exchange or credit note if the product is unused and in new condition. 

Who will cover the cost of return postage?

If the item is deemed to be faulty, Baxter & Co Home will cover the cost of return postage. If the item is being returned for change of mind, the customer is liable for the cost of the return postage.

My item has arrived damaged, what happens now?

We do our best to ensure that your order is packaged to avoid breakages or damage in transit however, from time to time, this does occur. If so, please email us at baxterandcohome@outlook.com as soon as you receive your order and attach photos of the damaged items. We will then arrange replacement items to be sent or offer a refund should the item/s no longer be available.

 

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 4 days and you will be sent your tracking number once your shipment has been created. We use Australia Post & Fastway Couriers.

Unfortunately, we are unable to control the shipping times. We do our best to ship your goods in a timely manner and shipping times will vary depending on the carrier we use.
